Registration - Once the bill is generated by the system, the event organizer will hold the participant’s reservation for up to 2 days pending payment. If the participant does not pay, the registration will be automatically cancelled.

Payment and Completion of the Registration - Once the registration fee is paid, no payment will be refunded, even if the participant does not attend the event, because payment automatically books a place at the Congress, which prevents others from claiming the reserved place, unless the organizer is notified in writing at least 10 days before the beginning of the Congress. In this case, the Organizer may refund the amount paid less 30% to cover administrative costs.

Certificates - Certificates of attendance at the Congress will be available within 25 days after the event.

Liability - The Congress registration fee may be paid in a lump sum on a bill or in up to 12 installments, without interest, on a credit card. The registration fee includes the cost of the Congress, event materials, lunch, and coffee break.

Rules on replacement and guests - If a registered participant wants someone else to attend in their place, the organizer must be notified by email at contato@lecnews.com no later than 48 hours before the beginning of the Congress. Participants and speakers cannot share their credentials with others without the Organizer’s prior written consent. Likewise, speakers cannot bring personal guests to the event without the organizer’s express consent.

Changes and Cancellations - The organizer reserves the right to change, without prior notice, the day or time of lectures, in order to properly run the event and accommodate the schedules of guest speakers, in which case participants have no right to claim any refund or compensation.
