MBA in Business Management from FGV/RJ. He has over 30 years’ professional experience at Brazilian and multinational companies operating in industries such as engineering and infrastructure, telecommunications, Oil & Gas, audit and consulting, and financial institutions. For more than 16 years, he held leadership positions at large companies. He worked for 20 years in organizational settings with solid compliance principles and policies. Member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professionals (CCEP-I), member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), member of the Anti-Corruption WG of the Brazil Network of the UN Global Compact, member of Instituto Brasileiro de Direito e Ética Empresarial (IBDEE), member of Instituto Compliance Brasil (ICB), member of Instituto de Prevenção à Lavagem de Dinheiro (IPLD), and member of the Compliance Studies Standing Committee at IASP.
